How can we help?
Frequently asked questions
As a lawn care company, we do not offer lawn cutting as a service. However, we can advise you on the best mowing techniques to suit your lawn and how frequently it will need cutting.
You don’t need to be at home when one of our lawn experts visits to treat your lawn. You will be notified well in advance of the date set for the visit, so all we ask is that if you are going to be out, you leave any gates/doors unlocked that we will need to have access to and also that any pets are safely shut away.
We understand that dates sometimes may need to be changed. If this is the case then please contact your local lawn expert to rearrange the date of the visit. The details of your local expert can be found on our website or alternatively on your invoice.
Please do not mow your lawn 3 days before or after a seasonal treatment visit.
