Greensleeves Bedford

Here at Greensleeves Lawn Care, we cover the Bedford postcode areas. Our many thousands of existing customers rate the Greensleeves service as second to none.

We will only do what is right for your lawn, using our unique best quality products and equipment. When we have completed the treatment, all debris will be collected and taken away.

We are greatly looking forward to providing households throughout the area with a first-class lawn care regime that will enhance and complete the overall appearance of their gardens.

The lawn care programme consists of five annual treatments including fertiliser application, weed control and moss control. Additionally, we offer scarification and hollow tining as well as disease control.

Fertilisation – a no-scorch controlled release granular fertiliser is applied with every treatment. The make-up of the fertiliser varies according to the season.

Weed Control – a selective weedkiller is applied with the early & late summer treatments.

Moss Control – a special moss controller is applied with the spring and autumn treatments.

Scarification – this is a mechanical process to remove moss and thatch which builds up in the lawn.

Hollow Tining – this is a mechanical process involving the removal of cores from a lawn which relieves compaction and creates a healthier soil eco system.

Leather Jacket Control – these little pests are causing lots of damage to lawns in the area, but do not worry – we can solve the issue by treating the problem and repairing any damage caused to your lawn.

Tell us a little bit about what you do…

Which areas do you cover?

Bedford and surrounding villages.

What’s the best thing about your job?

Seeing the great progress and improvement in customers’ lawns when I arrive to do the next treatment.

Why did you choose to specialise in lawns?

I love gardens and have always had a passion for looking after my own lawn and making my neighbours envious!

Which season is your favourite to work in?

What do you like to listen to in your van?

Magic Radio.

Which is your favourite service station?

What’s your favourite post-work snack or lunch item?
