What is lawn rust?
When lawn rust forms, it is a sign that you need a change in lawn care routine. It serves as a light warning that there is a fungal infection present that requires a little bit of attention.
Like many plants, your lawn is susceptible to rust, which is very distinct and clear when it appears. The impact of rust is more aesthetic than it is directly dangerous to the lawn, however, if a lawn has rust it means it could more easily become infected with other more harmful diseases.
How do I spot lawn rust?
Rust is arguably the lawn disease that is the easiest to spot, as the rust is very noticeable so you would most likely see it at a glance.
