In these uncertain times, our gardens, green spaces and lawns are becoming one of the pleasures we can enjoy in comfort. Here at Greensleeves, we value the safety, well-being and health of our loyal customers and staff, so to keep ensuring that our clients have full and continued access to our high-quality local lawn care without compromising on service, we’re providing the latest updates to all our current social distancing policies and procedures.

We will continue to treat your lawns while continuing to follow sensible precautions in order to help protect both you and our employees before, during and after the application of a treatment. 

We will knock on your door and maintain a safe distance

We will reduce direct physical contact with you and your family, following all relevant restrictions. During treatments we will knock on your door whilst maintaining a safe distance. Where possible please open gates, to further reduce our need for contact. If access is required through your home, we will wear a mask but still maintain that safe distance.

We will send all invoices and treatment cards via email

To minimise contact following your treatment, we will email your invoice to you. If we do not hold a current email address for you please email info@greensleeves-uk.com quoting your customer number and postcode in order to help us be more efficient.

To help us keep you and our staff safe, it is easy to make payments either online or by Direct Debit – please check your invoice for details. If you would like to talk to one of our lawn experts please be assured they will follow social distancing guidelines.

Please be aware that all new customer enquiries and quotations will be dealt with using similar precautions to those referenced above.
