Social Distancing

Dear Customers,

The wider implications of Coronavirus are currently largely unknown, understandably this is causing a lot of uncertainty for everyone. In these uncertain times, our gardens, green spaces and lawns are likely to become one of the few remaining pleasures we can enjoy in comfort. Here at Greensleeves, we value the safety, well-being and health of our loyal customers and staff, so to keep ensuring that our clients have full and continued access to our high-quality local lawn care without compromising on service, we’re providing the latest updates to all our current social distancing policies and procedures.

We will continue to treat your lawns while implementing the following sensible precautions in order to help protect both you and our employees before, during and after the application of a treatment.

We may not knock on your door

We will reduce direct physical contact with you and your family, following all relevant local restrictions. During treatments if contact is required but we are in a local lockdown we will use either telephone, text or email.

We will send all invoices and treatment cards via email

To minimise contact following your treatment, we will email your invoice to you. If we do not hold a current email address for you please email info@greensleeves-uk.com quoting your customer number and postcode in order to help us be more efficient.

To help us keep you and our staff safe, it is easy to make payments either online or by Direct Debit – please check your invoice for details. If you would like to talk to one of our lawn experts please be assured they will follow social distancing guidelines.

Please be aware that all new customer enquiries and quotations will be dealt with using similar precautions to those referenced above.

We will continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation closely and follow the latest Government and Public Health England guidelines.

We would like to thank you for your support, engagement and social distancing throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

Best Wishes,
The Greensleeves Team.
