After a career in engineering spanning 25 years, Phil Paddock, along with his wife Margaret, own a village Post Office and Store in South Staffordshire. Rob Paddock, their son, graduated from Lancaster University in 2005 with a BSc Hons Environmental science.

Both Phil and Rob have a great interest in the outdoors and the environment.
