Operating from their home in Baildon, West Yorkshire the area was established in early summer 2004. Ian & Caroline started their business when they bought the North Bradford and North Leeds franchise area with an established customer base from Head office. As they are local to the area it has meant they are much better able to provide the service that customers have come to expect from Greensleeves. Using their own drive and enthusiasm they have been able to add over 20% new customer in that short time many of whom have been recommended from existing customers, speaking volumes for the service that is now being enjoyed in the area.
