After just six months as a Greensleeves business Jim Potter has been awarded the “Franchisee of the summer” award for his work looking after lawns in Sutton Coldfield and North Warwickshire. “It was not something I expected after such a short time with Greensleeves,” said Jim “however it was fantastic to be recognised and my plan is to add further awards if possible”.
“Many of my customers call me and tell me they think they should start again, dig up the lawn and lay a new one. It is really satisfying to be able to help them achieve a really good lawn from what they have at a fraction of the cost of laying a new lawn”.
And these customers are the key to Jim’s success with the over 80% of his new business coming from the recommendation of others.
I like to think that I share my customers lawns with them, I get as much out of making them look good as I know my customers do from looking at them. They are easier to mow, less work and really set off a garden and home.
